Catamaran Adventure Liability Waiver

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your interest in joining our catamaran adventure in Santorini’s Aegean waters.
Please review the following information for your safety and enjoyment.
Liability Waiver and Participant Agreement:
By participating in our catamaran excursion, I understand and accept the inherent risks
associated with activities like swimming, snorkeling, and enjoying the hot springs. I release
Ippokampos Sailing and its aliates from any liabilities for injuries, damages, or losses during the
excursion.

Express Assumption of Risk:
I conrm my ability to swim and snorkel independently. I understand the risks involved, including
equipment failure, ocean perils, and physical exertion, and I assume all associated risks.

Death Waiver:
I understand and agree that in the event of death caused by any accident or participation in
activities, Ippokampos Sailing is released from all responsibility and liability.
Medical Facilities Acknowledgment:
I understand there are no medical facilities aboard the vessel. In case of illness or injury, treatment
may be delayed, and I release Ippokampos Sailing from any liability for such incidents.

Responsibility Acknowledgment:
I agree to exercise reasonable care for my safety and supervise any minors accompanying me
during recreational water activities.

Waiver of Claims:
I waive all claims against Ippokampos Sailing for any property damage, bodily injury, or harm
arising from my participation, including those caused by negligence.

Indemnication Agreement:
I agree to indemnify and hold Ippokampos Sailing harmless for any losses or claims arising from
my use of their facilities, equipment, or participation in activities.

Notice to Parent/Guardian:
If applicable, I understand the risks involved for minors and agree to release Ippokampos Sailing
from any liabilities.

Pregnant Women Notice:
I acknowledge assuming risks associated with pregnancy and release Ippokampos Sailing from
any responsibilities regarding complications.

Participant Agreement:
I certify that I have no limitations preventing safe participation in the activities. By signing, I
acknowledge understanding and voluntarily waiving any legal rights.

Additional Agreement:
I understand that the Host will not provide swimming or snorkeling assistance. I acknowledge the
risks, including equipment failure and sea perils, and expressly assume all associated risks,
including all kinds of injury due to exertion and ocean hazards.

Alcohol Consumption Notice:
Alcohol is provided free of charge as part of the excursion price. However, I understand that
Ippokampos Sailing, its captain, and crew are not responsible for any consequences of excessive
alcohol consumption. I am responsible for moderating my alcohol intake and acknowledge the
additional risks associated with consuming alcohol on a moving catamaran.

Safety Guidelines: Net (Fillet) and Deck Windows
By choosing to sit on the net or llet, or walk on the deck windows, you assume full responsibility
for your actions. We are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of these
activities. Please exercise caution and prioritize your safety to ensure an enjoyable experience for
everyone on board.

**Catamaran Access Notice:**
In Santorini, due to limited docking space, guests may need to walk across multiple catamarans
to board or disembark. Direct access from the departure point and upon return may not always be
available. Guests are responsible for their own safety during this process and must be t to walk
across several catamarans as necessary. Please ensure you are comfortable with this requirement
for your safety and enjoyment.
