Is there a minimum or maximum age requirement for participants?
Everyone is welcome aboard our excursions as there is no minimum or maximum age limit. Our expert crew is extensively trained to cater to all ages and diverse needs, ensuring a safe and
enjoyable experience for every participant.”

What should I bring for the sailing excursion?
– Essentials: Pack warm, dry clothes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a sunhat.
– Passengers, bring a photo ID (passport or ID card).
– Embarkation tip: Kindly remove shoes before boarding.

We dock 10meters(32.81 feet) from warm sulfuric water. Expect temperatures slightly warmer than the open sea. Dark-colored bathing suits recommended.

Are meals or refreshments included in the excursion?
Indulge in a Santorinian buffet freshly prepared on board, accompanied by unlimited refreshments and drinks (Unlimited alcoholic drinks are available, with the expectation that individuals consume them responsibly and avoid excessive drinking.). Vegetarian and vegan options are available upon request. Additional food or beverages can be provided upon request for an enhanced experience.

Are there restroom facilities on board?
Yes, our catamarans are equipped with onboard restroom facilities for your comfort.

What is the cancellation policy?
– If you cancel within 24 hours, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
– No charges for weather-related cancellations, authorized by the Port Authority.
– Changing your reservation day is free if available; otherwise, standard cancellation terms apply.
